Market Analysis Report
The Market Analysis consists of a Non Certified, generalized aircraft market report based on various sources, but usually without looking at the aircraft, its condition or its records. This may be useful for a buyer with a short list of aircraft that they are interested in purchasing, However this is no substitute for a full Aircraft Appraisal, and the Appraiser cannot attest to its accuracy. If required this report may be upgraded to a full Appraisal on that aircraft with credit given for the cost within a Month of the original Report.
Aircraft appraisal
The Aircraft Appraisal is the essential main ingredient used to form the basis of a good decision making process. It is an Impartial opinion of the value of an aircraft, prepared by an industry expert, who is conversant with the factors and behavior of the current aircraft market. It is conducted by a Certified, recognized and professional Aircraft Appraiser. The Appraiser collects all the facts about the aircraft and thoroughly examines the aircraft log books and inspects the exterior and interior of the aircraft. Close attention is given to the aircrafts present condition and its maintenance and damage history, if any. Utilizing the National Aircraft Appraisers Assn computer network allows us to produce a Real Time, accurate and market sensitive report in a prompt manner. A buyer, after consultation with the appraiser may decided to go ahead with the purchase of the aircraft, and at this stage a Pre-Purchase Inspection may be appropriate. If an Appraisal is rolled into a Pre-Purchase a portion of the work for an Inspection is already done and credit will be given for this part of the Inspection being completed.
Pre - Purchase Inspection
A Pre-Purchase Inspection can be carried out, as a stand alone Inspection or after an Aircraft Appraisal has been done. This Inspection will establish an overview of the Mechanical condition and Legal compliance of the Aircraft, engine, propeller and its systems. Apex Aviation Services conducts these Inspections using an FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, with an Inspectors Authorization.
Annual Inspection
If Required an Annual Inspection can usually be arranged for the Buyer or Seller of the Aircraft.
